We Strive To Make A Difference! We rent our fully furnished town homes with all utilities included. We cater to TDY students attending classes at Ft Hood. We also can provide temporary housing for you and your family if you are buying or selling a house here in the area. We have a one month minimum stay requirement. If you are PCSing and need some time to find a home and close the deal, we may be what you need to lodge your family. All units are rented on a first come, first serve basis. We will reserve one for you with prior arrangement. We speak aviation and understand what your family is going through when you are TDY. This is a great way to allow families to come and stay with you while you are attending a school. So much better than staying in a motel. Just bring your suitcases get some groceries and we provide the rest. Come stay with us. We are in the business of providing a clean comfortable place to stay while you are attending a TDY course here at Ft Hood. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your town home, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. You wont get such a quick reaction from the real estate companies. We manage our own properties and we keep them up to our high standards. We accept Master Card, Visa, or Government Credit Card. All lodging is to be paid with a credit card to ensure you get your money back when you file your 1610. Our goal is to provide you with a nice clean home all covered under the per diem rate for lodging.
